    I say Compsciguy and Chris should be mods. They’re long time residents of this site, and they have good morals from what they’ve shown. If they aren’t already, hook them up.
    I could do so as well. As a lesser mod, even.

    Zach, know anyone with Law experience? You could add to the Forum ToS saying “Excessive rule breaking may, and, most times, will, result in legal action as well as an IP ban and a phone call to your ISP.”
    You could ruin that spammer’s life.
